El s\u00e1bado 21 de junio se celebr\u00f3 el D\u00eda Internacional del Yoga en todo el mundo, y Arica no fue la excepci\u00f3n. Diversas actividades se realizaron en distintos espacios de la ciudad, como playas, escuelas y gimnasios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


En particular, la Universidad de Tarapac\u00e1 conmemor\u00f3 esta fecha con una clase magistral de Hatha Yoga Tradicional en el Gimnasio Dorado. La actividad fue organizada por la Direcci\u00f3n de Asuntos Estudiantiles (DAE) de la universidad, en colaboraci\u00f3n con Adinath Escuela de Yoga Tradicional, y estuvo dirigida por el profesor Manuel Villarroel A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


La clase estuvo abierta a toda la comunidad universitaria y al p\u00fablico arique\u00f1o en general, fomentando el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental a trav\u00e9s de esta milenaria pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
